Pak 234 Terms and Conditions — Rules for All Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Pak 234 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at pak234.wine. By registering an account, making a deposit or participating in any game or betting activity on Pak 234, you accept these Terms in full without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Pak 234. • One account per person. Multiple accounts for the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Account sharing with another person is not permitted under any circumstances.

• Providing false information during registration may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Pak 234 may at any time request identity verification documents (CNIC, passport, utility bill or bank statement) to confirm account details. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Pak 234 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, bets, prizes and bonuses are denominated in PKR. The minimum single deposit on Pak 234 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit stated on the platform, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits.

All deposits to Pak 234 must be made from payment accounts that belong to the same individual who owns the Pak 234 account. Pak 234 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including but not limited to incorrect odds due to a technical fault, data feed error or human error. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned in full to the player's Pak 234 account.

• Minimum bet amount: Rs 100 on sports markets; Rs 10 per spin on slot games; Rs 50 on live casino tables unless the specific table states otherwise.
• Maximum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed at the point of placing the bet. These limits exist to manage liability and may be changed by Pak 234 at any time.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, Pak 234 will complete its review within a reasonable period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any funds that were withheld during the investigation period will be returned.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting Pak 234 support. On legitimate closure, your available balance after any applicable bonus adjustments will be returned to your nominated payment method within five business days.

All content on the Pak 234 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, data and promotional materials — is the property of Pak 234 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Pak 234 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute or publish any Pak 234 content without express written permission.
• Use the Pak 234 brand name, logo or trademarks in any commercial context.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pak 234 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

Pak 234 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions and force majeure events may temporarily affect availability.
